1. About us

TrialsForHer is a trading name of STTM Consulting Limited ("we", "us"). For our registered office, company number and VAT number, see Legal information. Contact: our contact form or support@trialsforher.com.

2. These terms

These terms apply when you use this website, download its data, or sign up for our free digest or Ireland update. By using the site you agree to them. If you're using it for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

3. Not medical advice

Not medical advice. TrialsForHer summarises public trial records from ClinicalTrials.gov (U.S. National Library of Medicine) and the EU Clinical Trials Information System (CTIS) (European Medicines Agency) for professional and research use. Registry entries can be incomplete or out of date. We don't recommend or endorse any trial or treatment, and this site isn't a way to enrol in a study. Always check the official registry record, and talk to the trial team and your own doctor before making any decision about a trial or your care.

4. The data

Trial data comes from ClinicalTrials.gov and EU CTIS and is shown as the registries record it, with links to each official record. Counts, classifications (such as therapy area or the women's-health flag) and de-duplication are automated and approximate. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. National Library of Medicine, the European Medicines Agency, the HPRA or any trial sponsor.

5. Free digest and updates

The weekly digest and Ireland update are free, provided "as is", and may change or stop. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email, through our contact form, or by emailing support@trialsforher.com.

6. Paid plans: interest only for now

TrialsForHer Pro, TrialsForHer Team and the Ireland Trials Monitor team plan and custom reports are not on sale yet. Ticking an option under “Help us decide what to build next” on a sign-up form only tells us what would be useful to you; it isn't an order, and no payment is taken. If we launch paid plans, they will be sold through Polar Software, Inc. as our reseller and merchant of record, which will handle checkout, payment, invoices, refunds and applicable VAT or sales tax, and its buyer terms will also apply. Business customers may instead be invoiced directly by STTM Consulting Limited. Prices and plan terms will be shown before you buy.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, overload it, or scrape it in a way that harms the service. You may reuse our downloadable CSV data with attribution to TrialsForHer and the original registries.

8. Ownership

We own this website, its design and the TrialsForHer name and logo. Registry records remain subject to the registries' own terms.

9. Liability

We build the site with care, but we don't promise it will be error-free, complete or always available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions made on the basis of the data, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under law, including consumer law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring proceedings there.
