Who we are

TrialsForHer ("we", "us") is a trading name of STTM Consulting Limited; company details are on our Legal information page. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: our contact form or support@trialsforher.com.

The short version

We collect only what you choose to give us: your email (and, optionally, your role or organisation type and which future tools would be most useful to you) when you sign up for a free digest, and your message and contact details if you write to us through our contact form. No advertising, no selling of data, and no analytics or tracking cookies on this website.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which also forwards emails sent to our support address (Cloudflare Email Routing). Sign-up and contact forms are collected through Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA); these providers act as our processors. Contact messages are also forwarded to our email inbox so we can reply. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't load third-party trackers.

Unsubscribing and deleting your data

Every digest email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe, or ask us to delete everything we hold about you, using our contact form (choose "Privacy or data deletion request") or by emailing support@trialsforher.com, from the address you signed up with. We act on deletion requests within 30 days and remove your sign-up record and any contact messages from our form provider, inbox and any mailing list we use.

Paid plans

No payments are taken yet: the TrialsForHer Pro and TrialsForHer Team options on our sign-up forms only record your interest. If we launch paid plans, they will be sold through our reseller and merchant of record, Polar Software, Inc. (USA), which will process your name, email, billing address and payment details under its own privacy policy and act as the seller to you. We would receive order records (name, email, country, plan) to provide the service, and keep them for 6 years to meet Irish tax and accounting rules.

International transfers

Some of our providers are based in the United States. Where personal data leaves the EEA, it is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time through our contact form or by emailing support@trialsforher.com. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) or to the authority where you live.

Health information

Our forms don't ask for health information, and please don't send us any, including in contact form messages. TrialsForHer is a business research service, not a patient service.

Not medical advice. TrialsForHer summarises public trial records from ClinicalTrials.gov (U.S. National Library of Medicine) and the EU Clinical Trials Information System (CTIS) (European Medicines Agency) for professional and research use. Registry entries can be incomplete or out of date. We don't recommend or endorse any trial or treatment, and this site isn't a way to enrol in a study. Always check the official registry record, and talk to the trial team and your own doctor before making any decision about a trial or your care.

Children

This site is intended for professional users and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell subscribers directly where the change is significant.
